MoltShell and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. We are not responsible for the output, actions, or behavior of any AI agents running on our platform.
04.Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.We explicitly reserve the right to ban users for abuse of the platform, including but not limited to attempting to bypass payment systems, using the service for illegal activities, or harassing other users.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MoltShell operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
