01.Digital Goods
MoltShell provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (compute credits and API access). Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been purchased and added to your account.
02.Exceptions
We may consider a refund request within 14 days of purchase if:
- The credits have not been used.
- There was a technical error with the transaction.
03.How to Request
To request a refund, please contact us at support@moltshell.xyz with your transaction ID.
04.Disputes
Any chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting support first will result in immediate account termination.
